A Couple of days after Christmas Mike got 4 19th row tickets to the Jazz vs Clippers game. We wanted to make a trip down to Utah anyways to see Mikes Mom and let the kiddos spend sometime with grandma. We left friday afternoon and met up with Mikes mom in downtown SLC. She took Keaton with her and we took Kaleb and McKenna (Mikes sis) and headed to the game. I was a little apprehensive to take kaleb not knowing how he would like it but he ended up LOVING it! He got so excited and loved cheering and yelling! It was so FUN! Before the game Mike took Kaleb down to the court and he kept begging Mike to let him go "Play" basketball. After the game was over McKenna took Kaleb with her back to Grandmas to spend the night and Mike and I went on a date! We saw temple square briefly and went to an 11:20 showing of Les Miserables. We got out at 2 and grabbed a room at the Marriott in downtown SLC. It was a super fun and much needed night! I LOVED Les Miserables I thought it depicted a very sad but beautiful story! Now I just want to read the book!
Saturday morning Mike and I woke up grabbed some breakfast and headed to pick up our boys. We were spoiled by Grandma and REALLY appreciate her keeping the boys for us. When we got to Grandmas we hung out and visited for a while and then got on the road. It was a very quick and packed trip!
